A Superior Court judgment does not always mark the end of your case.  A misapplication of the law or the facts may be grounds to take your case up on appeal.   However, the practice of law before the Court of Appeal is very different than practicing in the trial courts.
The appellate attorney must be able to objectively review the record, identify legal arguments, and carefully craft the arguments in a logical, well-written brief.
